Hi I am Tukka, a MC, DJ, Compere, Radio Presenter, Producer, Recording artist and Lyricist Genius! I am half of Toyboy Esq Soundsystem which is an Urban Street Sound. My musical journey goes way back to my youth where I witnessed the introduction of Blues Parties and Sound Systems hosted by my parents who became infamous in the area. This inspired me to build my own Sound System with a group of friends at the age of 14 and had the pleasure of playing against Sounds like King Original, Nasty Love, Virgo and Cultural Roots. In those days I was a MC which paved the way for the second stage of my journey where I joined the group US3 and signed to EMI records I was blessed to collaborate with legendary Herbie Hancock, UB40, Queen Latifah, Brand New Heavies, Coolio and The Fugees. This work led to us receiving many awards achieving global success and Platinum Record sale. I went on to join Urban Species signed to Talking Loud.

I am now a Radio Presenter on Floradio.co.uk where I host a show on a Sunday evening called Miss Lou’s late night Blues between the hour 8pm till 10pm. A show I dedicate to my mum who has blessed me with her musical knowledge.

I also host a second show on Friday “Dat Friday Feeling “ Between 4.30pm -6pm
This is a drive time show which features many urban genres from House, Funky house, Afro house, Garage, Afrobeat, Bashment, Dancehall, RnB, Drill, independent Soul, Reggae you name it…. Anything to make your journey home from work smooth.
